§  Use illustrations to depict the "Pinggang Pinoy" meal plate. This typically includes a variety of food groups: grains, vegetables, protein sources, and fruits.

§  Plate Portion: Emphasize the proportions recommended for each food group on the plate. The plate should be divided into sections to visually represent the suggested portions for each food group.

§  Let your creativity shine through by infusing the design with your unique perspective.

§  Choose colors that align with the message and audience of your poster.

§  By following these guidelines, you can create a visually striking poster that effectively communicates your message and captivates your audience.
